Here is the 2nd Generation Cheap Intel Laptop

After Eee PC cheap laptop competitors had an improvisation, Intel is also doing something. At present, cheap laptops by Intel, Classmate PC, has a new look.
Introducing the Intel Developer Forum (IDF) in Shanghai, China, this second generation Classmate is more eye catching and better looking. It is now available also a 9inch monitor and a built in video options.
The laptop’s components itself have no significant changes. Like the old version, PC Classmates has just adopted Linux operating system and Windows XP. Even though the processor is still Intel Celeron M 900 MHz with 512MB, but the hard disc size is up to 30GB. With the retail price from US$ 300 up to US$ 500, the latest Classmate PC will be on sale soon in the market.
Whilst in the future, Intel is planning that Classmate PC will adopt their latest processor, Atom. Atom is designed to use less energy and cheaper than the old Intel processor.
