This has been done by two big companies in the software and hardware world. On the 20 May 2008, Cyberlink, companies that are on the multimedia software business is working together with Asustek, a company that make Notebook. Cyberlink and Asustek agreed to install Cyberlink DVD Suite programs on some models of the ASUS Notebook.

Cyberlink DVD Suite is known as a user friendly multimedia application. Programs in the Cyberlink DVD Suite package, such Power DVD, PowerDirector, Power2Go, Power Producer, Medi@show, and LabelPrint can now be enjoyed by the ASUS Notebook consumers. Therefore, consumers can have a digital lifestyle by buying this product. They can easily watch dvd, burn DVD, video editing, and make label for disc. “Cyberlink is very impressed with this joint venture.

Cyberlink and ASUS have brought the entertainment world with its creativity toolkits in Notebook,” says Alice H. Chang, CEO Cyberlink.  A similar reply also said by Tony Chen, General Manager of Asustek Notebook business Group, “The existence of Cyberlink DVD Suite in ASUS  Notebooks with its high quality make us one step ahead in introducing applications to be used for both working and relaxing. ASUS Notebook which has Cyberlink DVD Suite package are ready in the market since May 2008
